ValueLab is an AI and automation consulting business operated by Marta Hyland, based in British Columbia, Canada. We work with small and mid-sized service businesses to identify operational value leaks and implement practical AI-assisted improvements.

Using our website and tools

Consulting services

When you engage ValueLab for consulting services, the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees will be agreed in writing before work begins. That engagement agreement governs the specific services provided.

Consulting outputs - including reports, recommendations, frameworks, and action plans - are based on information you provide and our professional judgment. They represent our best assessment given available information and are not guarantees of specific business outcomes.

Intellectual property

The ValueLab name, logo, website, the V.A.L.U.E. Method, the AI & Automation Value Leak Scorecard, and all associated frameworks, methodologies, tools, and content are owned by ValueLab (Marta Hyland) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use outputs from our tools and services for your own internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, redistribute, or commercialize our tools, methodologies, or content without written permission.
